Definitely become the outcast with this playful stiletto, designed with a mixture of vibrant hues, including:  silicon neon pink, silicon neon yellow, silicon neon green, and turquoise.  This 10 cm (4 inch) stiletto heel is made from premium Italian leather, including its lining, and black leather sole.  Its sculptural centerpiece, a silver metal buckle.
